Where we deliver
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and the United States. EU delivery is coming soon.
United Kingdom
- Standard Tracked, 2 to 4 working days: £5. Free on orders of £80 or more. Sent with Royal Mail.
- Express Tracked, 1 to 2 working days: £9. Sent with DPD.
United States
- Ships from our US warehouse, delivered in 2–5 business days.
- Free delivery on orders over $100, otherwise $15.
- No import duties or customs fees. The price at checkout is the final price.
Despatch
All orders are despatched within 48 hours. We can't despatch at weekends. When your order is on its way, we'll email you your tracking details.
Returns
UK and US returns are free within 60 days of delivery. US returns include a prepaid US return label. Start a return in our UK returns centre or US returns centre. See our refund policy for full details.
Pre-order
Delivery:
a. We will dispatch your pre-order as soon as it becomes available.
b. We will make every effort to meet the estimated dispatch date but we cannot guarantee delivery on this date.
c. If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
d. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and shipping method.
