Standard UK, US & worldwide parcels are sent using Royal Mail.

Express UK Shipping is sent with DPD.

Express US and Worldwide shipping is sent with DHL.

Customs Fees

Customs Fees for U.S. Orders:
As of 29 August 2025, the U.S. de minimis exemption (the $800 threshold) has been removed. But you don’t need to worry — we cover all duties on U.S. orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price.


EU duties and taxes are included in our prices. However, extra duties and taxes may apply to the following regions: Canada, Asia, South America, Africa and New Zealand. Oliver Co will not be responsible for any customs and duties charged to a customer. If you’d like to find out more please email our support team.
