Ships from within the US. Most US orders now ship from our US warehouse.

All duties covered. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no surprise import fees.

Free 60-day returns. US returns include a prepaid US return label and are genuinely free to you. See our Refund policy.

A small number of items still ship from the UK. If your order ships internationally, we cover all duties and will email tracking with an updated estimate.

Express UK Shipping is sent with DPD.

This means you can shop with confidence, knowing that the price you see is the price you'll pay, with no additional taxes added at checkout. Additionally, we've implemented a streamlined customs clearance process to ensure your orders arrive swiftly and hassle-free.

Customs Fees

US orders: Most US orders now ship domestically from our US warehouse, so there are no customs delays. For any items that ship internationally, we cover all duties — the price at checkout is final.

EU duties and taxes are included in our prices. However, extra duties and taxes may apply to the following regions: Canada, Asia, South America, Africa and New Zealand.
