Extended Christmas Returns Policy
We want your holiday shopping to be as stress-free as possible. That’s why we’re offering an extended returns period for all purchases made from 20th November to 23rd December.
Items purchased during this time can be returned up until 31st January—giving you extra time to make sure your gifts are just right.
Returns (outside of Christmas period)
We are really proud of the quality and attention to detail that goes into each of our products, however we understand that sometimes small faults can slip through the net. If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, please send it back to us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
It is really important to us that the item is sent back us in a saleable condition. We don't want the craftsmanship and materials to go to waste, and would love to be able to pass it onto a customer who will use the product to its full potential.
Exchanges
We will happily exchange items within 60 days of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please go to our returns centre and specify your exchange there.
Our Returns Centre
Although we don't expect there to be returns we understand that accessories are very personal items, and sometimes the item might not be quite right for you. We therefore felt it was really important to make the returns process as easy as possible.
To complete your return, simply head to our returns platform, enter you email and order number and follow the steps. Once the request has been approved by our team, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines.
UK Shipping returns
For UK customers, we offer Collect+ returns at £2.99. Once your return has been processed through our returns platform, we will send you an email with instructions on how to create your shipping label.
Once you label has been created, simply follow the instructions and attach to your parcel clearly. You will then need to take it to your local Collect+ depot (over 6400+ stores nationwide) where it will be processed.
International Shipping returns
As a small business we are unfortunately unable to cover any of the cost of returns for international customers. We ask you to please send orders back to us, using a signed & tracked International service and notify us with the tracking details.
Once we have inspected the item and made sure it is in a saleable condition, we will notify you that the return has been processed. If for any reason your return did not meet our standards, we would contact you directly via email.
All returned products remain the responsibility of the sender until received by us. We recommend that you select a safe/traceable delivery service and retain a proof of postage.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Gift Cards
All gift cards are non-refundable.
Once the card has expired , your card will have no remaining value.
Gift cards can only be redeemed in the currency in which they were purchased.
Gift Card product refunds
Returns of items purchased with a Gift Card will be refunded to the same Gift Card. You will receive a virtual copy of the card, with the updated balance on it, together with the email confirming the refund.
If the Gift Card used no longer exists at the time of the return, the amount will be refunded with a Credit Voucher.
2 year Warranty
In the event that a product fails (excluding normal wear and tear) including all stitching, zips and corners, you can return it to us for repair, or in the event that it is unrepairable, a replacement. Once we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.
Please be aware that our turnaround times for product repairs can take up to 5 weeks to complete.
Unfortunately, we are unable to complete any product repair requirements during the Christmas shopping period starting 22nd November through to 14th January.
All product repair requests received during this time will commence immediately after this period.
Pre-order
Cancellation and Refunds
a. You may cancel your pre-order at any time up to 24 hours before the estimated dispatch date.
b. To cancel your pre-order, please contact us via email or through our website.
c. If you cancel your pre-order within the 24-hour window, we will issue a full refund.
d. If you cancel your pre-order after the 24-hour window, we will issue a refund less a 10% restocking fee.
e. We reserve the right to cancel your pre-order for any reason, in which case we will issue a full refund.
