Returns Centre

Starting a return is easy. Simply click on 'Start Return or Exchange' and enter your order number and postcode
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
UK returns are free. Once your return is approved, we'll email you instructions. Customers outside the UK and US are asked to send orders back using a signed and tracked international service of their choice.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.
We ask you to please send orders back to us using a signed & tracked International service of your choice, and notify us with the tracking details at info@olivercompanylondon.com
Please note, you must still activate the return by clicking 'Start Return or Exchange' below and follow the instructions.
